It blew me away when I first saw it and was the perfect culmination of what I wanted out of Homestuck. From the beginning, we're teased with the tantalizing payoff of all the kids entering the Medium. The double whammy of [s] WV?: Rise Up and [s] Descend in May was an almost transcendent experience back then, and after the introduction of the Trolls and Alternia, [s] Jade: Enter was wonderful to see and experience. What a payoff. It also personally bookended 2010 for me, I discovered it in January and this was released toward the end of that year. I was completely hooked and it still ranks as one of my most profound experiences with any media.
