This is the only brush I have used to straighten my beard. I really enjoy the lower heat settings personally. Adds a little more peace of mind in my opinion.

I've been watching a lot of vids about this heated beard brushes and all the dudes in the vids have pretty straight beards, my beard is not straight at al but its isn't curly, do you think it'll work in my beard?

Tony M they are pretty similar, I would go with the Aberlite Pocket. Slightly better build quality. You can use NOBS10 to save a little.

Hey, Matt! Thanks for the in-depth review! I was curious if using a beard brush daily would be bad for the beard? I have one myself and I apply beard oil prior to using the brush on a low-medium heat setting. My beard is rather curly so it definitely helps to have a straightener handy, but I don't want to overdo it if it's bad for the hair.

I think your fine using it daily if you also take care of your beard morning and night.

You should, to protect your hair from the heat, if you dont use beard oil at all try at least using argan oil

I typically do oil first and then follow the heat with balm or butter.
