I have been evaluating low code tools as a dev-op engineer. You are raising good points. Nocodb is the best (backup-able) system I found. However, what is the model? One and done?

Don't apologise for going off on a tangent at 13:30. I too see this all too often where tools look good.but turn out to be dead, and you doing this extra deep dive would save a lot of people from making a hasty jump into a pot of hot water.
