I don't understand... In supremacy, what does the percentage mean at the top?

It's just the meter showing how close either team is to controlling the battlefield. Controlling 3 or more of the 5 objectives causes the percentage to increase, once it gets to 100% that team can board the transports and attack the other team's capital ship. I'm on console so idk if this will work for PC but try changing the server(ping) region in settings and matchmaking again. I used to do it when I couldn't get a match in BF 2015 and it would usually work.
