After fully charged, the charger is still blinking blue led, after 20ah fully charged, will the led still blink?

Would I need to connect the output regulator and the inline fuse together? Or is just the in-line fuse required?

@@xpedsmasher I got an email from nocqua saying only the fuse is necessary, but if you want to run both do it like this: battery -> output regulator-> fuse -> fish finder
