I find every bosses quite squishy with arlecchino but only the arlecchino boss domain is the one I find most challenging. The only person to defeat arlecchino is arlecchino herself.

One way to easily beat the knave as Arlecchino is to keep your burst for when she apply an blood debt on you. So you can instantly erase it and avoid the one shots and your hp getting reduced slowly by the blood debt effect. After that its just smart dodging and your good to go

When fighting Arlecchino with Arlecchino, save your burst if possible for when she hits you with her blood debt (when you get the text banner on the screen), then Q -> E -> CA to heal, clear it, and then hit her for a fixed chunk of damage. This works best in the 2nd phase since she only does it at fixed health thresholds in the 1st phase. Raiden's transition to her mecha 2nd phase happens after 90 seconds. If she hits you with an attack, you have 4 seconds less time. So kill her quickly or dont get hit and you can one phase her.

Note for the next time you fight Raiden. The conditions for the battlesuit activation is her actually hitting you, and there's a meter beneath her health bar at the right side that tells you how far along you are.

Well... any character can solo any boss in game, you just need to be good (exept for some of them, becose they can require specific things, like braking shield or some object to create shield (like in shougun fight). But still, most bosses can be completed with any character)

Not 100% sure but i think the reason Raiden didn't start phase 2 is that it absorbs your party burst energy to charge her 2nd phase so since you faced her alone and used the burst often she didn't gather enough energy to transform
