I think the 3rd person style camera men aren't required. Go pro body cams do the job and don't give away your position.

Yeah, wouldn't even need to be hidden but they'll generally just get a lot of nothing. Drone would work, gives perspective on distance that is lost with gopros.

Guys, what about to try XCOM rules? 2 team, commanders are watching game with drones and telling their command with radio stuff 10 footsteps (5 to the each movement (2 of them) Other rules are known (like, if you do 6 footstep - soldiers movement are spent and other) Isnt that gona be cool?

Would be pointless. Not only would it simply be bad gameplay but drones only have so much battery power. They'd have to land it and replace the battery with a fully charged one over and over and over. Its a fun idea that would never work in the real world. Especially since xcom relies on % chance of a shot landing. Can't do that in real life.

You could replace the drone with a person in a tower or camera on a pole if you had access to one. The 2nd problem is easier to solve though. Airsoft pellets are highly susceptible to being knocked off target by wind. The further away you are, the higher chance they'll miss. Wind direction is relatively random, and so this can be a good replacement for % chance of a shot landing.

Idk if thats action packed enough for NODE but I would love to see it, even if it were a more amateur production. Have it set at a good distance and find a way to handicap your players to recreate the chance aspect. I was thinking a pretty large field of play and a certain amount of paintball/airsoft shots per turn. Or maybe even the recreational bow and arrows.

You can see at 13:24 that the holes have tape around them on the inside to keep you from cutting yourself. It's also likely there's an injury release waiver, since you know, it's airsoft.

hey, just so you know: In pubg you can chance the UI to show your gear. To ad this feature for these RL-Airsoft-game would be a great addition (to show us [better] if that person had looted a vest or bag)
