i tryed the same code, with rotate proxy. runing the code 10 times, only one returning a good proxy. and when i looked in the dashboard the numbe of requests was 3,573. i dont get it...

Thanks for the tutorial ! I have a question though . Why just not use a vpn extension instead of proxy ? like using the extension to get a different ip address every time ?

It’s not practical to use a VPN in production. Like if you were to host your application. Also VPN has limitations on how many ip’s you can change, with proxies you can do as many as you want.

I have a code written in puppeteer, it waits in a loop for the home element to appear, and when the element appears, it does some actions and so on in a vicious circle, it works in an endless loop. Please tell me whether this code will work on an AWS ES2 server when deployed? Or do you need to set up a server for puppeteer to work?

You can deploy on es2 server, though personally I run my scripts on a windows server when they are running in a vicious circle.

Shouldnt those results be expected since you showed free proxies first which are always spammed, then private or paid proxies with username and password second. Sometimes such as scraping ip's are banned for say 15 minutes then ban is lifted so rotating a private list each request would work best here no?

Yes, exactly, I show the difference between bad and good proxies. Since many beginners don’t know the difference or how to check if they have bad proxies or differentiate the quality of proxies from one to another.

I was making scripts in Zenno Poster Project Maker but I want to break free and do it all in Javascript and eventually make a software for online promotion.
