Absolutely love the mountains! This watch looks pretty sweet! Its very toolish and seems rather practical other than the bezel. The day date setup reminds me of the Islander Mitchel Day-T. The NH35/36 has some really loose tolerances so all things considered that is acceptable. Love the Revo knife!

I really think this watch is above the most of the others. Yes, the NH36 needs to be taken with what it actually is and not hold it to standards of movements with better tolerances. I do think the price is steep and should either have a better movement or more lume.

@@Realidealgear I think that is fair to ask at that price. It really is quite expensive if you compare it to other watches with a NH36 movement. I do think its a looker though!

Nice review, thanks. Deciding between this and the Sector Deep :)

Tough choices. I really like the Sector series.

Really really nice clean functional design 👍 I do prefer watch reviews indoors at a desk though.

Great feedback thank you...the wind was unexpected and annoying in post-production.

I like the watch and clasp but the price is getting up there for an NH36. (Seems that Nodus pricing was $100-$150 cheaper just a short time ago.) The steel bezel style is also cool. Thanks Tim.

Have you thought about trying out the Casio PRW-61 Series PRW-6900YL-5? I cut and pasted that so I’m not sure if it’s the correct number. Parts of it are a little gimmicky like the little knife dial. Not sure if it’s worth spending the money on.

I've seen this model...I kinda like the squared off case. The hands are gimmicky as you pointed out. The 6900 case is thicker than the PRW 6600 (that's the model I have and has been reviewed) but the 6900 case diameter is almost 5mm narrower. The rest looks to be the same internally. I think I'd prefer a lower profile on the wrist rather than a narrower case diameter. I can handle a larger diameter but I bump into to many things and the higher the profile is on the wrist, I think it would only be worse. PRW 6600 has a round dial (preferred) and white hand set...(better legibility) as well. PRW 6600 would be my choice.
