About 30 years ago I figured out how to sculpture a painting, but it was such a pain in the arse . I figured how to do it in such a way that the picture changed from one thing to another as you walked by it. A month ago I saw someone do the same thing with several of their paintings. Now I am glad I didn't waste my time on it. To do it right it takes you more than four times the amount of time to do just one painting. Technically its just a special effect. The mental picture is more fun than actually doing it. Listening to Noel talking about sculpting a painting is even more fun.
