@@RunescapeAnon 7 years ago. That's when she wrote the comment.. She's not even real. She was evicted from a fantasy world and was only here long enough to watch this episode and a couple of episodes of that dreary, stilted and very not funny or entertaining sitcom I.T. She gave me a message for you, though, BRO. she said "tell him I got his time stamp.... right here".... pointing to her....well , you get the picture, BRO. Yes, even though her name is Alice and you called her bro, you were right, tho apparently wrong. cuz, bro, "she" aint a she.......

Reminds me of when I first came across the Mighty Boosh, forget how old I was but it completely blew me away. It was the episode from the second series where the spirit of jazz is trapped inside a Hoover hunting down Howard as he’s in a 80’s synth band. Absolutely bonkers and I laughed so hard I cried. Only found the show years later. No one believed me it existed.

@@PussInBoot414 Mighty Boosh was absolutely god tier and gave Noel Fielding the footing to create this series. If Mighty Boosh had never happened, we probably wouldn't even know Noel existed, let alone for him to become as massive as he did. Not to disregard the other members of the cast of course, but again, they basically all came over from Mighty Boosh, we'd probably know none of them if it wasn't for Boosh lol.

It falls into the category of 'Either you like it or you hate it' and the distinction is made after 5 minutes of watch. Trying to convince someone hates it will only double the opinion down. It comes from a primitive place I think.

+Fiona R absolutely. he is truly talented and he is actually *original*... he has his *own* style. i watched a couple of 'behind the scenes' videos about the Boosh, and there is one about this show too, and it is just amazing to watch him, because all of this is just coming right out of his mind like, on the spot. i never knew just how much of the Boosh was crafted by him until i watched these shows where he is on his own. *not* that i am putting down Julian Barratt by any means! he has a comedy genius of his own, and was equally brilliant. but a lot of the aesthetic of the Boosh is Noel's artwork. and yeah... i dont know anyone who 'gets it' with this show, or the Boosh either.

+n/a n/a I agree.. I love watching as much of the behind the scenes footage of him I can find. He seems like such a genuine, kind, truly unique person. The Boosh is the only show I've watched where I have physically been smiling outrageously for a solid thirty minutes because it makes me so ridiculously happy. I'm planning a whole trip to NYC just to see him perform this March, and I've never been more excited to see someone live.

this was the best episode. Noel is great and creative, but he needs a straight man to lessen the insanity. Richard is wonderfull. and reality man actually gives the characters something to achieve in freedom for fantasy. so it isn't just random silly sketches but has an controled order. best episode of them all.

As grateful as I am for many things in reality, I find myself wondering if a fantasy world would be much MUCH better than this one... (maybe, maybe not). Now you know why so many young people love roleplay romance videos of self inserts with main characters of shonen anime. The problem with reality is that people impose their desires onto this plane of existence. If we ever get to have immersive VR headsets kinda like the Inception movie, people would never need to take drugs or pay hookers again.

Watching this in 2018 after getting into Boosh really late, I'm sad that series one got such a bad rap - it's not that out there for 2018 and the best moments - the birthday skit, me and my flamingo, the jelly fox - are even better than boosh for me. Series 2 seems a lot more laboured, like his heart wasn't totally in the format change and it seems like a lot of the plots - having to write a proper ending to save their one fan, a reality tv show taking over the island - are just him trying to process how people hated the first series. IMO the characters suffer from the new context and he doesn't seem willing to go to the dark places he normally goes to. I can understand how people have the opposite opinion since this is way more accessible and series 1 was uneven, but I'd love to see another show in the style of series 1.

I actually gave Russell the intermediate ghoast a dolly. That was a funny story but he seemed to like her. She was from Poundland and actually part of her Christmas present. I didn't actually expect them to leave together but I should of read the signs. Anyway she had really big eyes and hair like boo from monsters inc. He said she's looking at me. I said, yes. It's me And that's the story of Dolly and Russell the intermediate ghoast
