Went back and watched. I see what you mean after ordering champagne you hear something like oh Bob please However, I wonder whether anything was edited out to reduce the clip to the time slot. Eg. Did he come and introduce himself and ask confirm who they were. Then went back to his table to order champagne, you see in the clip you don't see him doing the ordering just that he took the liberty to order.
