exactly. my anger makes me even stronger, when i get emotions like lust, anger i dont actually do the act to satisfy, instead i channelise those high energy into my studies and my life, i became so better afterwards. now i feel immense powerful in my mind, and because of working out i am in the best shape in my life now.

See celibacy is a European concept where someone supress one's sexual desires and give up every kind of sextual activity and musterbation also.
