This has to be the best Tremonti interview I have heard. The whole life story in one go. How cool is Mark? He comes across as humble, down to earth with no ego yet so talented. Sadly the way the UK covid situation is going I think the Tremonti Jan 2022 tour will be cancelled. I can wait and see another time. I'll still buy the albums as I have come to the party late only really finding AB and Tremonti during Covid and am really sad it has taken me this long to switch back on to real music.

Me too man. I have discovered Alter Bridge in June 2020 and i have instantly fell in love with them. Got all of their CDs and Blu-ray recordings. I cannot wait to see them live once, hopefully next year when new album is planned to be put out. And the new Tremonti album is also awesome. Mark is such a nice and humble guy and great guitar player and songwriter on top of it. Interview was magnificent 🤟

Yes 🙌 Tremonti is a legend. Although I was never into Creed, I could see the Dimebag and Thrash influences that Tremonti incorporated into the sound. Fantastic guitarist. And Alter Bridge and Tremonti are both killer. A really good and humble dude as well. Rock on Robb - loved the entire series and been watching since the start of this pandemic. 🤘🏻

Gotta say, a bit late to the party…just discovered your podcasts & I’m loving them! You’re the coolest guy & have a way of bringing out the best in everyone just by being yourself! Backtracking a bit, the John 5 (episode) was amazing! I had the pleasure of seeing him with his band (The Creatures) here in Toronto 🇨🇦 last yr …a super young up & coming band I support, (Sticks ‘N Stones) opened for him & I can honestly say first hand, he’s definitely into giving the younger generation of musicians much needed support, a platform and he truly ‘cares’!! LOL, I had no idea he started playing live at such a young age himself & it shocked me that I actually related to sooo much he talked about in his early yrs & some things he spoke of at the end of your ‘chat’….thoroughly enjoyed it…he’s a phenomenal player, puts on an insane show and one of THE nicest dudes around! He’s doing an impressive job with Motley Crue & I wish him all the best! Thank you for that! Saw Judas Priest live too (last show of their 50 Years of JP Tour in Hamilton Ontario 🇨🇦 last yr & again, enjoyed the K.K. Downing episode! I’ll have to work my way through your list! 🔥🎶🤘🏽 Soo….the man of the hour, Mark Tremonti…I unfortunately missed him live with Alter Bridge earlier this yr in T.O….had tix, just couldn’t go…but, I do have his newest CD ‘Marching In Time’ which you played a bit of ….I blast that constantly in my car (yup, old school here, 😜) plus it’s my fave place to listen to my music! Epic body of work front to back!! 🔥🔥🔥 Btw, when will Machine Head be touring North America, specifically TORONTO, Ontario 🇨🇦? Would be LIT to experience a live show! CHEERS! Dawn 🖤

Mark Tremonti is such a talented guitarist and song writer. So is Myles Kennedy. Two differing rock / metal styles that mix together to make such a distinctive, awesome sound with Alter Bridge💪. And both seem to be very chill and grounded human beings, which is a breath of fresh air in heavy music.

Funny about what Mark says about Myles not knowing anything about Testament...KInd of reminds me of when I met Godsmack back in 2019 and asked Shannon Larkin for a guitar pick and he says I'm a drummer...I was so embarrassed..but I really had no idea what he played..I just knew who Sully was..but I did get a guitar pick from Mark from a recent Alter Bridge show in Biloxi MS at the HardRock and I looked at it and it was his guitar pick from Creed with his name on it..I was so excited since Creed is no longer together and I never got to see them in concert. Mark's guitar pick is worth more to me as a collector's item!!! Love this interview as well!!!
