First time I heard this song was shortly after my sister passed away from a heroin/fentanyl overdose. For whatever reason, this song helped me get through that time. I translated my sisters struggle through his lyrics. It brought me a bit of peace through that time.

Look up circa Survive chain reaction. He's not playing in front of a love audience so, he's not hyped like he is with a crowd, as with most musicians. He vibes with the crowd more than any other artist you can think of.
