Noggin promos part 4: Electric Boogaloo (May 23, 2008)

Guess what channel came back from the dead, just in time for Halloween! It's this one, of all channels. Anyways, I finally managed to rip stuff from this DVD-R that's scratched as hell. So scratched that it couldn't play most of the stuff on there. Bless this computer I'm using to upload this video for actually playing it correctly. The first part from the disc is some Noggin stuff, because why not? It's what the kidz want. The next video is some Nickelodeon/Nick Jr. Playtime commercials, gonna be uploading those tomorrow.
Also, just a warning, please do not outright reupload this video, aka copying and pasting this video, unmodified, on your channel. I already posted this warning in the last Noggin video, but I'm saying it again just in case.
