Drip clean warm water into your ear canal (from water runoff from fingertips) and then tilt your head toward the sink to drain the water. My doc recommended me this when I told him my ear was itchy (my family has a history of too-long ear hairs/fluff in the canal that causes itchiness). While this isn't a treatment, it does make me feel better. I don't do everyday bc I'm worried for potential wimmer's ear infection tho. Hope this helps!
