Noida Greater Noida Expressway

Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is a six-lane expressway connecting Noida, Uttar Pradesh, an industrial suburb of Delhi to Greater Noida, a new suburb. This expressway is under expansion to Taj Economic Zone, International Airport and Aviation Hub proposed to be constructed along the Yamuna Expressway (Taj Expressway). The expressway is 24.53 km (15.24 mi) long, built at a cost of ₹400 Crore to relieve the old Delhi-Agra national highway (NH-2) which was already congested and ran through the heart of cities like Faridabad, Ballabhgarh and Palwal.

BTW, Noida - Greater Noida Expressway is not an Expressway now. It's now a MDR (Major District Road) with speed limit of 75 KM/H

And best thing is this is NOT a new expressway like others, so this beauty and quality is entirely due to proper maintenance and not due to it being newly constructed. Many other expressways built across India seem fabulous while inaugeration but they degrade within couple of years.

Please cover kerala stretch also. You can see engineering marvels on Malappuram’s region. KNRCL is doing this difficult work in hilly terrain. works are completed more than 50%. In kerala NH 66 is 6 lain carriage + 2 service road. There is lot to cover in south 1. Bangalore- Mysore rd 2 . Chennai- Bangalore 3. Bangalore- Pune

Loved the greenery thing but this defies all the basic rules of an expressway. Lots of cuts/entry-exits can be seen, numerous bus stops, so many two wheelers which are not allowed and many more. Doesn't feel like an expressway at all! Although it's a good quality road but it shouldn't be called an expressway I guess.

The status of Expressway has been taken away from this road few months back. It is not an expressway now. That is why 🛺 3 wheelers are also allowed now. It is an MDR now.
