Steve Cochran💕🎭 and Ruth Roman 🎭💕 I like them both .I like the movies he is in . She was good in “Strangers On A Train “ 🎥🔥

Eddie's intro was entertaining as well as informative. This was a good movie. Random thoughts: When's the last time there were clubs with "taxi dancers"? Ruth Roman as a platinum blonde was an eye-opener. Steve Cochran does indeed resemble a young Elvis Presley. The car-carrying truck scene was cool and suspenseful. The scenes with the itinerant California lettuce pickers were interesting: I could be wrong, but I don't think I saw any Latinos among them. Things were sure different back then. And that ending was a surprise... also a bit amusing. Thank you, EM, for finding this one for us!

Steve Cochran held his own in White Heat against the older leading man James Gagney who was 49/50 at the time, while Cochran being almost 18 years his junior.

"barely a household name in his own home." 😄

I had never heard of Ruth Roman. Until I was reading about the Andrea Doria. I do follow ships. And then I saw "Ruth". I forgot about ships for a while.

Steve Cochran? hmm. Not my cup of tea, although I really respect Mr Muller's judgment. I've never seen him in a leading role, that I know of. I'm on the fence about watching this one. Very amusing commentary, EM, "Felix Feist was barely a household name in his own home". I was suckered by Eddie's intro/outro into seeing "Bad for Each Other" with C Heston & Lizbeth Scott , or however you spell her strange name.😮 Gotta say, Heston & Scott are both indeed bad...for us, the poor audience, having to witness their lack of acting ability.
