Oh man Kajiura music doesnt feels like this anymore... the mistery, the weirdness, those electronic, magical sounds and variety is now almost gone.

Indeed, but I guess it depends on the anime. The Zaregoto soundtrack from a couple of years ago has tons of electronica mixed with real instruments and other sound effects. Check it out if you haven't, it's really good.
