Fish farm works fine with a normal chest, doesn't need to be a trapped one. And if your golems aren't spawning in the farm, check for caves under it. While you can use any work station, fletching tables work best because the villagers will still work in the rain. You also need to make sure none of the 20 villagers are green jacketed nitwits.

I don't remember much about pocket edition but that its a different version of Minecraft and many farms from java dont seem to work on bedrock and vise versa. I test it to my hardcore world and it's seems really good, the iron farm get me in a 2 stack of iron every 10 mins

Tip for the emerald farm: in Java, make sure the difficulty is on hard. If it’s on any other difficulty, the villager would just die and not turn into a zombie.
