Exactly, this and the music from Rottun etc. back around 2009 are my favourite style. They still have the shuffling fast paced high hats and some tremendous bass like the old Loefah style dubstep, but this style has alot more content and flow in my opinion.

People are insanely stupid thinking this is Dubstep. Compare this for example with producers like Skrillex / Borgore / Flux Pavillion. Well not even close, this is called Breakbeat which has a way more horrific / glitchier and darker tone to it's tracks than Dubstep. + Dubstep actually borrows lots of structures of Metal music. The excessive use of distorted sounds and some scales are being transposed to Electronic music. Whether you like it or not, there is an actually resemblance.

That's essentially all of music. Just a set of sounds. The soul of a piece depends upon the arrangement, tone, frequency and sonics of each sound. If you assemble these sounds in the correct manner, then you can break the heart or get your rage face on, depending on what you aim to do. Noisia have made an incredible piece here and as they've said, they were not bound by keeping the attention of a dance music fan.

Also, I dont know what sort of metal you listen to but I've been listening to metal for 12 years and never heard any metal bands using dubstep. Then again, I listen to 80's heavy metal, power metal etc. You seem to listen to new age metal so I'm not surprised.

Ziggy, Noisia has various styles. I have hard phat dnb, electro and dubstep or the put them all in the pot a mix them together. Its one of the many reason that i like what do and damn refreshing
