Remocal membrane earwax (Part2)

The patient is 65 years old, gender male. He wasn't examined about 10 years. Before i removal his earwax, he nearly was a deaf but after i done, his hearing to became normal. i'm glad to that.

Hi. Are you by chance in the USA ? I really like when the outer ear canal is also cleaned. Looking at most ear cleaning videos I noticed that most doctors focus only on the inner part of the ear canal and towards the back closest to the eardrum. Is there a reason for this? It seems like the outer eAr canal closest to the entrance to the ear is not paid much attention to. Just wondering

I swear this looks like some Jurassic era sedimentation layer of rock laying in this persons ears. WOW! Great job! I assume there will be some permanent hearing loss due to the layer of skin still on the eardrum. I'm guessing the only way to remove it all would be surgically and even then I doubt full hearing could be restored. I'm not a dr, but that is just what it looks like to me.

This can be cholesteatoma. If it is cholesteatoma, it requires lifetime check ups on annual basis.

☝️😷 Such remarkable work on this Patient's Ear Canal. I know it takes a lot of Skill, Medical Craftmanship, and Delicacy. I'm curious, Doc (if you can recall)! Was this particular "Extraction Procedure" Painful and/or very Uncomfortable? Or, with the Ear contents appearing to being so Brittle and Dry. Hi. Thanks your cmt. This patient has examed very more clinic, and they couldn't treat to him. When he came, he was deaf, ichy. I removed all dirty earwax that is really essencial. But not he wasn't also he feel satisfiedly. Now after 2 weeks, his ear become the normal.
