noisy pump low

My pump is more noisey than normal Jets are working but power is very poor Low and high speed is working How do i contact you to post me a pump

Have you checked there is nothing clogged in the impellor? I wont be able to tell from a video, you would need to get in there and see if you can find anything trapped around the impellor - hope that helps - Andi

My hot tub buzzes quite loud on low circulation for about 4 seconds then the pump shuts off for 5 seconds or so then kicks on again and sounds normal for a while then repeats. It almost sounds like it's coming from the control box or the heater.

Hi Gordon, not sure on those symptoms to be honest, you would need to try a few diagnostics. Disocnnecting the heater is an easy one to rule out. Could be a bad relay, bad capacitor on the pump - quite a few different things really. You will have to dig a little further I think - hope that helps - Andi
