My husband’s nephew needed money and wanted to borrow $500 and will pay back within 2 weeks, it’s been 1 year and 1 month, never seen the money again. If he had not said he will pay back, it’s ok but he said that, I would just gladly give it to him but still waiting for him to pay back.

Never borrow money. Even if you win in court they will still pay on their own pace with the amount of their choice. If you keep asking and they file for bankruptcy then your money is gone with it too. NEVER EVER BORROW MONEY TO ANYONE. A check/ PayPal etc will help for proof but will not bring your money back. Been there, done that. Minus the court. If they qualify then they can borrow from the bank. Just because a person ask DOES NOT MEAN THEY QUALIFY IN YOUR EYES.
