To be banned is not unique, but to be banned from the Vegas gaming industry is unique. I personally was not just banned from the casino, i was told I'd be trespassing if to be caught on the reservation. This was not with any explanation, only a letter handed to me from the higher positioned casino employee. The reason I found out after being told a bunch of weak explanations, the reason that sounded plausible, that i was considered to be associated with drug dealers or suspicious drug activity. This was something the Reservations police department had put in motion and approached the casino to have me banned or place trespassing charges if to re enter the casino.

Only thing I would disagree with is the fact casinos aren’t aware of game strategy which believe me they are. That's not what he was referring to by rules/terms. He's referring to terms of the game for example. Like say, in BJ to change rules where dealer has to stand on Soft 17, giving edge to the player. Or, even giving big players a rebate on their losses. For example, giving players 10% back on their losses on any given session. Using the best blackjack strategy the house still has a .5% edge. Assuming Mikki is playing perfect strategy he will lose .50 cents for every 100 dollars he bets. Perfect strategy plus perfect card counting will only give the player a 0% edge to a .5% edge in the game.
