Yes von killed people, but we can only blame him to some degree. think about where he grew up, and what was happening around him as he was growing up His dad was a gangster and died when von was 11, he had a traumatic childhood and as he grew up he was desensitized to Violence, he did not completely understand how bad his actions were. I live Chicago on the Northside in a rich area and even I knew of him before he made it big. Ask almost anyone in Chicago who knows anything about the streets here they knew Von was a killer before he got big cuz he was a local rapper dissing his opps long before he made it big.
