I went to jail over 15 times for battery, attempted robbery, robbery, domestic violence, possession of weed over an ounce, battery on a police officer, battery on a transit passenger, evading arrest, dissuading a witness and false information to a police officer. On top of multiple parole and probation violations. I ALWAYS had a public pretender. I never went to prison until the last time I caught an Armed robbery and they gave me 2 years. From 18 -29 years old I never went to prison for all those cases. I never snitched. I just let the justice system do its thang. Lack of evidence and lack of witnesses willing to come to court and plea deals from the DA to just get it out the way are what happens sometimes. Alot of times.
