This is last Nokia phone, where Nokia Tune was played on grand piano.

Nope, later S30 models included the Grand Piano MIDI variant until around 2008/2009. From there onwards, they just used the latest audio versions. For example, the Nokia 1800 used the 2008 version, the 105 (2013) used the 2011 version.
