First, Open camera, and keep it on Photo mode only. Then look for third icon from right hand side, which is kind of a PERSON, Tap on it, It'll Open 3 modes, Single, Dual and Picture-in-Pcture. Tap on option, which you wanna use.

Picture-in-Picture mode works only with PHOTO mode, Not with Live Bookeh, Square, Panorma or Pro.
