Nokia 6.1 plus does not have a bad camera sensors but software processing, use Google Camera(CSTARK27) and get surprised.. After the update camera is really improved..

iGyaan, when you installed the XDA gestures, you should have disabled the default navigation keys via ADB. So it's not impossible as what you have mentioned.

I have noticed one thing in this video, when you set light colored wallpaper the screen whiteness goes so bright from the bottom area where Messages and Contacts are located and with the dark colored wallpaper it goes back to normal, happened with my 6.1 Plus too is than screen bleeding or it has anything to do with manufacturing?

Arnova Google camera works with this phone. It takes much better photos than stock app although video is better with stock since Google camera stabilises to much and makes everything blur. Face unlock is available under smart lock. The audio is also excellent, and works with USB c headphones. It also supports widevine L1 for Netflix hd

Abhishek Sharma when it comes to a smartphone then overall user experience matters and not only the camera. Mi has better camera in this price segment but for rest of things like software, hardware, design etc Nokia takes the lead.

Nice video. I would be happy to be able to remove Google search bar from home screen which annoys me. As I don't play games, the battery should last min 24 hours. FM radio would have helped. I think I can club all Google apps in one spot to keep screen clean which I like & do even on my Linux laptop. Sound n call quality good?

Bharat, good review, as usual. I like your style of presentation, both video & audio (i.e. speaking tone, pronunciation, etc.). Not nitpicking, but pls avoid using "do" and "does" less as these are used to emphasize (say, an exceptional feature, not a regular one, like "...the phone DOES have a 3.5mm jack" etc. Anyway, coming to your review of Nokia 6.1 Plus, it's a balanced review and one of the rare ones which mention about network coverage and call quality (both thru earpiece & speaker). It's my core need, as I travel to remote locations with patchy network coverage. I intend buying this one over the Redmi Note 5 Pro or Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 (both 6Gb variants come at around same price as Nokia 6.1 Plus with 4Gb). But, having used Redmi Note 4 and been using Mi A1, I want to avoid chinese makes and opt for Nokia from HMD instead. What tilts it in favor of Nokia 6.1 Plus is its excellent build quality, stock android with assured monthly updates & upgrade to Android P (& Q?), though it has the same SD-636 SoC as RN5Pro and Asus M1 do. Am not a gamer nor an avid photographer so a decent camera would do. It's tempting to consider the newly launched Xiaomi Mi A2 (with SD-660 SoC, very good cameras, but lacking headphone jack n has poor battery life) for just 1K more, but considering my experience with Mi A1, I'd rather opt for the Nokia 6.1 Plus :-)
