after this type reset code"*#7780# after this click on continue and type security code 12345 and click on ok restoring setting please wait after few seconds you will see a nokia logo and finally your mobile is reset

12345 didn't work for me either but i tried to put it time by time and once Nokia accepted it! Just be patient. good luck
