The Nokia Asha 302 is one of Nokia's newest feature phones, created for the manufacturer's numerous customers in the developing countries. This is a field where Nokia is traditionally very powerful, as its Series 40 platform offers an affordable, yet feature-rich handset experience. It would be very interesting to see if the new Asha 302 and its physical QWERTY keyboard would be able to remain relevant on the market...

this phone is amazing i just got it and its the perfect phone for people like me who like texting. its very comfortable. i love it more than my iphone ( i gave it to my uncle 1 hour after i got this phone) !

I have this phone. Battery life is great even compared to the Note 2's huge battery (and size). The 302 will easily outlast any budget android, which often fail to make a 9-5. DURABILITY, with no touchscreen to break (gn2 screen alone costs 3x this phone) and not having to rely on a fragile micro usb for charging this phone will likely last much longer than even a high end android. The browser works for my needs, connectivity is good and FM radio is always a huge plus. When in doubt, simplify.

I have an x3-02 which is another S40 phone and it does indeed work great! The stock browser really needs work, Opera mini came installed(not sure if it comes with this phone) which made it much better! It plays KZbin but not at the frame rate of a smartphone.

Go to Menu -> Settings -> Phone settings -> Network (or somethings likes this, i'm not sure because my 302 was pickpocketed by a f*** thief! ) and Choose GSM instead of 3G. It will increase standby time. Hope it helps!

+Google maps: YEP, it can run GGmaps Java. +Mp3 quality: Like other Nokia, it has simple equaliser. ACCEPTABLE, +Standby time: avgerage 3 days or more in gsm mode, 2 days in 3G, not sure but ACCEPTABLE again. +Look: I'm a boy too and i feel it's suitable to me :D

I am currently using an E72 which 'must be' better according to specs, however, I use it only for calling, smsing and internet. This is decent looks great and does the job I want. Eu tenho um aparelho desses e em relação custo beneficio ele esta dentro da media câmera de 3.2 Mp da pro gasto a internet 3g funciona bem nele,e o Wi-fi dele tem uma recepção ótima fiz a comparação com Galaxy y duos pro e o Wi-fi dele foi superior, claro q vc não terá tds os benefícios q o sistema Android pode lhe proporcionar mais se vc quer um cel bom e barato este se encaixa.

I have it for about 6 months now. It's ok, but has a couple of faults. Build quality is not so good (chrome bit around the phone is the worst-keep's ratling), battery keeps moving from left to right (apparently it's only attached on the top and bottom so it's always sticking from one side a bit).Has tons of free apps, but built in browser is slow and faulty. Download Opera instead, it's free. Sometimes phone instantly looses all it's power (happend twice) and deactivates.
