Does T20 support widewine L1?

I have no idea what Widevine is, but I'm the official specs i happened to just read that it does Widevine L3. Don't know if this is better or worse than L1. Edit. I read up on it and i guess it's a quite important consideration. I suppose it does not implement the full L1 support and because of this would not be ideal as a streaming tablet.
