It's a very crucial position where you participate in every play. You are constantly in the action and that's why I love it.

You prob won’t see this but do u need much muscle for volleyball and if so what muscle group is the most involved

Vball incorporates most muscle groups since you are running, jumping, and hitting. You should definitely work on your legs and increasing your vertical. Core training helps a lot as well to increase your hitting power. Also work on your shoulders. Hope this helps!
