Nokt did not use his power in the tournament cause when elemental masters use their powers their hands glow, and the only times that Nokt's hands were glowing were when he was using other powers. I can imagine a reveal of his power in season 3 being something like, Cole tries to fight him with his golem form only for Nokt to smash it and send Cole flying with only 1 punch

I guess Nokt's name does kind of suggest his element: Nokt, Knocked - sounds quite similar. I feel Brute Force isn't the best element and Ninjago probably don't really like it (myself included) because it is similar to strength which was often associated with Cole. Over the years, however, Cole's strength seems to have decreased drastically, perhaps to focus more on his element of Earth and also go give way to Nokt's elemental power

As stupid as this power is, it would be really cool if the power made it so he could absorb attacks, those attacks would then make him stronger. Basically, the harder/more he gets hit, the stronger he gets.

Maybe Nokt just used his elemental power with shatterspin. It explains why it is so much stronger than Cinder and Jay’s shatterspin. Also Rox could have the same elemental power just how the time twins had the same power.

With the twins I am convinced they didn't have the same power and just had similar powers. One has the forwards movement of time, the other having the backwards movement. Would fit a lot better into the lore as well.

I don't see how the other members not being there doesn't allow Nokt to use his powers. I think Doc confirmed not all of them are siblings. Nokt and Rox are, but there other three are still a mystery. Although, maybe Rox not being there fully is what prevented him from using his powers. Not even her possessing Red Haired Scientist Sorceress allows Nokt to access his powers. That's just an assumption though.
