This is just my perspective and I don't know if anyone else felt the same. My first rap album was Nelly country grammar and although I loved that album and could sing every song word for word Eminem is the first rapper to make me feel the lyrics. It wasn't always about violence. It wasn't always about clubs. It wasn't always about money. It wasn't always about girls cars clothes and that's why I gravitated towards juice so much because those are rappers who are not afraid to be vulnerable with their fans I could care less. What someone's color is. It's what's in their heart and the human being they are
