Flag ceremony at Galle Face. The tri forces take turns to do this process. Every morning sharp at 6am the flag is delivered to the location by military personnel who then take it up and fly it up the flag post. If it rains, the forces come again to take the flag down and once the rain cease, a dried flag is flown again. Evening 6pm its taken down again and retired for the night. By the looks of it, it was the Navy troops that was seen taking it up on this vid. The Army, Airforce and the Navy take part in the process. Thanks for the video.
