Nomad Raceways Rally Track Demo

A beautiful track that is easy to play but challenging to master. It is just 3 by 7 feet in size. A single lane, to the top of the mountain and back as a time trial. Any number of racers can compete.

it's really beautifull!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have a question, how does the loop work?? How can the car run on the same track without going reverse????

There is a short "dead strip at each end of the loop When the car bridges the strip it trips a relay that reveres the polarity. Works great!

What are the tracks? Cut down Scalextric?

It is all MDF wood and inset copper braid.

I have had many different slot car track over the past 50 years and I have raced on hundreds. All are larger than this one. It is challenging and fun to drive, easy to marshal oneself and very fun to look at. There are 18 turns per lap. 9 up and 9 down but the incline and direction make them very different each way. Lap time are inthe10 -12 second range, twice as long an most larger tracks Including the 155' foot King track I sometimes race on. The small size fits it into any room and it is easily portable. Still a favorite!
