i have a question! does making the auto save at 5 minutes or lower affect any performance on nomad sculpt? another question, when you exit the app for lets say 4~ minutes and you come back to it, does the app reload and, thus, not saving your progress? (a solution to this would be saving your sculpt before leaving the app but i am a super forgetful person)

Cookie cutters sounds like a very sharp, rigid object that something like Blender might be better suited for - however I am sure it’s possible in this software as well. I may just say that because I have used Blender much more and could see it being done in there quite easily.

Dear Erika. Arent You forgetting to make the Splines round at the ends? Ps. I have made my first humble model of candle and wax made from 5 objects. I needed to make high topology for nice brushing the wax. Unfortunately I need to render each object separatedly, because it crashes when I do 3000x3000 transparent render in PBR with golden full metal material. I tried 2000x2000 too...the same...crashes. i do have alot of space and very fast Android phone, so its not the phone. Do You know any way to stop Nomad from crashing? Thank You. Kylie Desire
@SmallRobotStudio2 жыл бұрын
The performance of Nomad has to do with the devices RAM. I'd suggest to decimate your model to optimize the poly count while maintaining the shapes. You can do this on the Topology menu under the Decimation tab. Try reducing by 25% increments and test the render
@kyliedesire74252 жыл бұрын
@@SmallRobotStudio Thanks alot, it helped! ♡ I wonder, if Voxel Remeshing of candle wax will make better shape with smaller RAM thus vertices count?
@SmallRobotStudio2 жыл бұрын
@@kyliedesire7425 it could be helpful but you might lose details in the process. Decimate will make sure your shapes are preserved reducing polycount were it is not needed and keeping it where details are. Voxel will give you a uniform resolution
