Hello, I'm having trouble spreading using alpha as displacement like your tutorial after the last update! Has the technique changed or is the alpha bugging in the layer?

It is a bug. Clone the mesh and reproject from clone.

@@carlosmiguens In the new version 1.89 there is a new option - reproject opacity to mask… so again different.
