Nomad Sportfishing - Jewell Reef Light Tackle action on the flats

This is crazy. Catching grouper ("trout") on a top-water lure? How deep is that reef area? I realize the water's crystal clear so I may be off, but it only looks like 2-3m. I've never even heard of these 3 fish before, but the 2nd one looks like what we'd call a very large Mangrove/Grey snapper, which we have plenty of. What was that 3rd fish?

2nd fish is the Red Bass, 3rd fish is a green job fish
