Too much red tape. The certifications alone make it not worth while. If they offer massage service they have to be a licensed masseuse, plus the barber license. If they’re doing the facial scrubs and stuff they need a beautician license. If they cracking necks and stuff they’d need to have a Chiropractic doctorate. It’d be $500 for a hair cut from one of them
