Economically speaking, it's the frenzy that makes New York a sustainable project. It's the heat of monetary movement that generates and maintains its wealth. This is what draws me in economics as a subject: like the life of a living organism, it not only depends on motion but can be defined by the motion itself. It is as if the mechanical energy of voluntary exchanges generated wealth while being transformed into thermal energy. The icing on the cake is that New York looks like a volcano at night when seen from above.

So, if no one asks about how mumbai is and all then dont spam the fkin info for no reason, also as a ex resident of mumbai now living in banglore/delhi, mumbai is nothing just a jammed up city with no infra and bad roads, southern states are much better than that so called city

go watch a documentary called hyper-normalization , then give your opinion of NY. (be warned its extremally mature and somewhat graphic at times , i think everyone should see this doc at least once , would really show people what we live in) having said that it is a nice place as many other places on this planet. i was lucky enough to be in NY to pay tribute to the 911 ground zero , never forget that huge metal girder that was still in the rubble at the time , in the shape of a cross if i remember correctly. 🕊🕊
