Eric...thank you so very much for sharing your "Soarin" experience with us. I have been lucky enough to make an annual trip to Walt Disney World with my family in our RV for the last 15 years. You are absolutely correct when you state that this is the "most amazing attraction." When we visit WDW, a visit to Epcot and "Soarin" is highest on our priority list. Your video brought back all of the good memories of WDW! Thanks again.

Honestly no video can do soarin justice. The ride turns you with the video and the screen is rounded for the most realistic experience imaginable

Try flying for real. Check out your local flight school or find a local soaring club. They'll take you up, and hand you the controls so you can see if you like flying for real. It's way better than a ride.

I was on Main Street Disneyland when they were filming for this, years ago. It was the Thanksgiving/Christmas season...so you'll notice the big christmas tree. We were hanging out there and watched as the helicopter did several passes.

Soarin' is the best along with Test Track! They are refurbing the ride starting 1/16 and reopening 6/16. New footage and 4K screen according to what the cast members were telling me when I was there a few weeks ago.

Lol, I like beer AND rides :) The beer I love there is Altenmunster Oktoberfest. Epcot is the best. Toy story mania pretty fun in Hollywood Studios. Have fun bud, it's definitely a magical place. I'm addicted.

Lisa Kent I would have to say, if you skip Magic Kingdom and do the other 3 parks, you've essentially seen a lot different that Disneyworld, excpet for Star Tours.

I guess you are probably already out of Disney. But for future reference you can spend a good part of the day and Epcot and then take the monorail over to Magic Kingdom and still squeeze in a few hours over there before the end of the day.its a little harder to do that from Hollywood studios or Animal Kingdom.

Nomadic Fanatic The attraction as far as the movie or the soaring part is exactly the same. The introduction or setup is very different it seems. Did you catch the hidden "Mickey" in the golf ball when you were over Palm Springs? Want to do Florida some day. I hear it is very different from Disneyland Resort in Cali. Soaring is in California Adventure, next to Disneyland Resort.
