Yes Bro, the Indian Government is Redeveloping ,Expanding and upgrading 1307 Stations across India with Airport like Amenities. I have seen some of them under Construction and the size of those stations are beyond our thinking. Like recently I visited, Puri, Odisha and they are also redeveloping the Puri Station, believe me when I say this, the station looks like a huge Mall with very modern design. I think the new part of the Station will be 3x bigger than the existing station of Puri. I really loved it. Will visit again after the station gets inaugrated.

Who is doing what is not the point. He is telling the fact. It's not about the mindset. It's good to be proud of one's own country, but unreasonable pride is not helpful. In our country, even most high-educated people do not have the civic sense of not littering public places. Should not it be expected from a society that claims to be a great economy and a beacon of light to the whole earth? A society living in a bubble of fake pride, can not even listen to harsh facts. That's also another side of our reality.

Stop blaming Indians and their mindset, it's an out and out governmental failure to keep the country clean. Sanitation and waste disposal services virtually don't exist. Living in filthy conditions has become normal. But privately owned areas are clean because cleaning is in private hands. No one litters in a mall or an airport in india, it's the same people. When people see an area is clean they think twice before littering. But if they see garbage everywhere they don't hesitate to litter. Unfortunately nothing will change as municipalities are in the hands of illiterate, corrupt and inept people all over India.

Dude, go to Canada. Indians in Canada are making the place dirty too. Any shop owned by Indians is not well-maintained. I think it’s part of our culture due to upbringing and casteism. I'm Indian, and I've also noticed that our temples in the USA and Canada are often dirty, except for a few, like BAPS, where more foreigners visit.

We cant make our country like this if the public doesn't have civic sense & can't behave. Recently an airport like railway station was opened in Bangalore but there was a news a few weeks back that railway statuon walls have become red due to paan Gutka peek. Need metro like entry system in railway stations atleast in some stations. No unnecessary people inside station.
