Dipanshu bhai tea garden workers ko agar aap 'baganiya log' bolenge toh rice field workers ko kya bolenge aap? 'Chawaliya log' ! Think once. Within the tea gardens they are just tea garden labourer but not 'baganiya log'. They have their own identity and they are deprived of their identity. So, i kindly request u to just stop miss information in such a big platform like youtube.

The tea workforce is no longer called in pejoratives like tea tribes or baganias. They have their own identity. They are called Adivasis and have sub tribes as Oraon, Munda, Kharia, Gornd etc. They have their own rich and vibrant culture. Teas selling at more than 1 lacs per kg ! but the irony is that the workers are living in hand to mouth existence. The govt. should do more for their welfare.

In 1823, people from Jharkhand, Bihar, Orissa, many other states of India were brought to work by the British Government and today those workers have given a new identity to Assam, which is famous not only in India but all over the world. And the cost of 1 kg of tea is about Rs 115000 lakh rupees, but the daily wage of the people working here is only ₹ 232, the world is changing, there is no change in these people by the government, so far 200 years have passed, this The people of the tribe settled in Assam.

Oh! In 09:26 he calls the people *Bagania*. Due to the government ignorance we are being deprived of our ST status and being tagged as *Tea-Tribe.* We as a community see ourselves being called as *Adivasis*, the aboriginal of the nation. People from Assam and outside just see the beauty of the tea gardens boast proudly as the *"tea-exporter"* but what about the stories and plight of people who work in tea- gardens, why are our rights being deprived, the Adivasis are the most vulnerable people in Assam who lack all the basic facilities. Central government must ensure that we as a community are given facilities and equal opportunities.

True bro how could someone label us as "tea-tribe." Not all Adivasis work in tea fields, my parents don't work in fields how could someone use the term *bagania* for all of us. It's all due to the ignorance of government but things are certainly changing as more Adivasi people are becoming aware of their rights. Hope our community flourishes and does great overall in the society.

I request to all those who feel that it was wrong did done by this creator. (11:43) (use of the word "Baganiya", To please Report this video so that this video may get removed from youtube. Please those who feel it is not good to use this words do it. You jest need to click on the 3dot and then on Report. This way you can stop this person to spread this wrong message that in Assam we have "Tea Tribe" and Not Adivasi People. Please do it. And also request to the creator to please either rectified it or remove that part from the video. See we are the Adivasi Community and Not "Tea tribe" or "Baganiya". This thing was done by the British. But we got Independent than why to follow the thing that was made by them. We have a Identity as Adivasi of India then why you people called us "Baganiya". Jest because they work in Tea Garden. This is not good. Please understand our feeling. So who ever is seeing this video or have seen this video I want to tell you only one thing that There is no such community as "Baganiya" or "Tea Tribe". They are known as the Adivasi of India. It is my humble request to the Creator to Rectifie this in any way possible.(It may be in any way). I hope you do it so. By the way your videos are great and I really appreciate you work. I like you videos but in this video I feel it wrong to use those words.

11:49 mein kaun hain yeh.., waha ka manager hai kya...? What does it mean saare tea tribe hai ?? Lol matlab people who work in tea garden are tea-tribe then the labourers who went to Mauritius should be called Sugarcane tribe because there they went to work in Sugarcane fields. The Adivasis have our distinct culture, traditions, dances and we are proud of it. Stop labelling us as tea tribe not every Adivasi works there. As a viewer I'm disappointed, have been following his channel for so long but it breaks my heart to see how through half knowledge he goes on to label us a particular name for the occupation our people do. I hope you would remove this part as it is deregatory for us being labelled tea tribe just because people work there it's like calling North eastern people chinese because their features seems such😂. Edit the part where you used the term Tea tribe put instead as Adivasis. The governments ignorance cannot be justified by others saying the same for our community. Hope you would change it🙏!
