@@aryanjangra6192 bhai mai north south east west sab ghuma hu India mai, usske upar hi I'm making my observations. Kaafi saal Chandigarh mai bhi tha and jaata hu , earlier it used to be good/the best less crowded too. Even now its one of the top most cleanest city's in India along with Indore vagera. But with time now even Chandigarh ke kuch areas mai you see garbage laying on the roadside, people littering in Public places, overcrowding is also causing it. Same with each clean city. Some parts are very clean but you do notice it the littered parts easily now-a-days. That's my observation and with my personal experience i would say many cities and towns down south & north east mai are way ahead in discipline & cleanliness compared to the ones in North (expectations are Chandigarh, Indore) . I can even say ki currently where i live in Pune, it's totally on par with Chandigarh and Indore. Merko kuch zyada farak nai nazar aata.
