Having been born and raised in Michigan, I can tell you Lake Superior is frigid even in the hottest month! Michigan is definitely a beautiful state.

Been sick, went to Urgent Care last week. Only given prednisone. Going downhill so back today to Urgent Care. 2 shots in the behind, liquid antibiotic (can’t swallow hole due to sore throat) and should feel better in 48 hrs. I’m a Fed ( GSA) with health care. Use it…you earned it…you deserve it. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

There are some amazing people out there, it's such an amazing feeling to make someone's day, I remember I had the most awful day about 6 years ago, I was driving home and this elderly man walking on the side waved at me when driving by and that made my whole day. Highly suggest buying Flonase nasal spray! And get some pedialyte to put in thr fridge. Both are essential for when the weather changes. Allergies colds. Congestion. It works. Hope you feel yourself soon, Nomi!

I’m on Lake Superior and yes it’s cold even in the middle of summer! Taconite is used to make steel and shipped out of Wisconsin & Michigan to this day on huge freighters. Lots of old rail skeletons, tracks, harbors in our waters as the copper & lumber industry in the U.P. were some of the worlds best sources. Now depleted we just have the remnants. BTW Marquette is a college town!

Couldn’t you find a camp site to see the stuff at night? It can’t be that expensive on the off season? You need to spend some money on your nights sometimes .. think how you could rest and relax and heal if you didn’t have to worry about the stealth stuff every night. Just a humble suggestion.
