It is true that Persian culture has impacted North n Central India but not the Southern India n NorthEastern India.

I don't think so. Iran was modern during the rule of Shah. After Islamic revolution the status of women has got deteriorated. Women enjoyed lot of freedom during the rule of Shah. Shah was pro western. Iran has become orthodox after Islamic revolution. During the rule of Shah there were night clubs, pubs and discotheques. Today they dance in their room but not in the open air.
